If someone isn't a gamer, there is zero reason to get a X1X instead of an X1S. If you just want to play 4K blurays, that extra teraflops won't help at all. You're basically supossing that premium consumers that don't want to game on the console at all will buy the more expensive version even without any advantage, just because it is more expensive.
You're also heavily overestimating the impact of 4K BR in an era when digital media and streaming basically killed it with fire. BR sales are constantly down. 4K could be a niche since streaming or downloading it demands quite a better connection, but they are always increasing anyway and in a faster pace than 4K TV adoption.
