It might happen, whatever, that's fantastic. But not all PS4 exclusives have the 'only on playstation' logo anyway. Persona 5, Yakuza definately aren't coming to Xbox nor is Nioh. Maybe the deal is similar here, or not? I for one would like to see it on PC especially. Mod support will be very good.

There are exclusives that don't have the "Only on Playstation" branding on them, as it's been mentioned, Persona 5, Yakuza Kiwami and Nioh are three examples, another would be Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age which is releasing in less than two weeks and is a PS4 exclusive too.

So using this logic, we can't say whether the lack of "Only on Playstation" branding means it WILL be coming to other platforms... the only way to find out is to simply wait and see what happens in the future.

 

Actualy its not relly hard to think those game could be one some other platforms later. In any case, we had plenty of infos that this game isn't PS4 exclusive, only time will tell.
