Given it's more of a... rail platformer(?), I suspect the 30fps will probably be just fine. I'm kind of excited to see the better visuals.
Cartoonish, not very open world (i.e. limited amount to render), slower pacing (unless you're really good lol); this was a great game to try for that 1440p mark. Honestly, given all the advantages I listed I'm surprised they weren't able to hit 60 fps.
Either way, I'm gonna go watch some reviews; hopefully they replicated the gameplay well, as I haven't played that series in something like twenty years but adored it at the time. It'll be nice to have a platformer to look forward to outside of Nintendo's offerings (though obviously I love those).
