 That's not what being a man is about.  That's what insensitive is being about.

Insensitive is not a synonym for man or male.

He never said he goes around breaking hearts on purpose. If he's a good looking, lovable guy that girls easily get attached to and get ideas about, but he doesn't recipricate because he isn't interested in those chicks, then he has broken their hearts, but it's not his fault. 

I can attest that Kas is a good guy.
