I did not expect it to turn out this well because the world was not designed with driving a vehicle off road in mind , but SE did it! And yes you can run enemies over.

EDIT - As a second point of conversation; this has to be the easiest Platinum I have ever seen. You will have over 85-90% just playing the game. 80 sidequest and fishing are the on things you have to go outta your way to do.
