Super NES Classic Edition doesn’t come with an AC adapter in Europe

But there's no need for it. I dont really understand why it's included in NA. It's not a 3DS situation here.

It's it what powers it up? Without power it can't be turned on.

Power through USB. Which is included in the pack.
