In regards to the title, I don't think Ninten will need something like that for a good while now. They need to meet the current demand 1st.
Also, I can understand you'd want to buy a TV or portable version only, but why for a higher price? 200 USDs would make more sense, rather than pay more for losing half of the function of the system.
