It is literally just the Pythagorean theorem, computing the distance between a circle and a straight line at various points. There is absolutely no physical measurement of anything in this table (aside from the radius of the Earth which I hope is non-controversial), just spreadsheet calculations, and therefore nothing in this table can itself be physical evidence of any claim. The fact that this single-formula spreadsheet is dressed up to look important with 4 people claiming explicit, dated ownership, arcane methodology, and multiple mathematically redundant formulas suggests to me that whoever made this table is a crackpot with only a junior high-school understanding of math.
