Well, in my country (Cyprus) parents can't homeschool their children and sending your kid to school until the age of 14 is mandatory. If you don't, you face jail time. I think it's a good system.

In Spain school is mandatory until age 16, but I don't know if parents are send to prision for not bringing their games to school.
