What do you do with your left hand?

You use knives and forks in the same hand? Isn't that a bit.... difficult?

You know what I mean, funny polar bear. I change them when necessary. For example: in my case I think it's better to cut meat using a knife on the right hand, while I use the fork on the left, but for other things I do the other way around. xD
