Until people just burn out of the game and leave. There's only so much you can do with the the same game. I'd rather new, innovative sequels than one updated game for a decade.

The core gameplay of RL is strong and timeless and it also helps that there is zero competition in that genre. And as I said in my other post, there is nothing a sequel could provide that DLC to the current game can't.

RL is 2 years old and still gets over 200k concurrent users regularly. And that is despite nobody talking about it. This will go on for quite some time until a competitor steps up.
