I'm back. What an adventure again. Amazon decided not to ship at all so I went out and got one. Put it in, everything fine. Booting, all great. RL was a bit stuttering so I decided to tweak my GPU driver and rebooted.
But it didn't want to reboot. It started and then just turned off before booting. Had to delete CMOS. Then it almost worked. Bios had to be tweaked and windows had to repair itself. But now everything is running fine. Gonna have a closer look at CPU temps now but in the end I think it was just a bad batch of a CPU. I mean even with RL my CPU idles at no more than 40°.
Now I can finally partake in dem steam sales.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
