If you give these pieces of shit money (and that's exactly what you're doing by buying their games new), you're basically supporting them, so you're part of the problem.

I'm not buying anything from them ever again. I don't care if Metal Gear Survive gets a 90 on Metacritic (it won't), I'm not giving them another cent of my money after all the BS they've pulled.

That's cool with me. I'm not saying they aren't in the wrong, I'm just saying from my personal standpoint, I won't not buy a game from them in the future if it's genuinely good, but I guess I'm not principled that way. I mean, I might buy second hand, that's acceptable yes?
