If I don't spread my knees at least 1.5ft apart I experience a dull ache in my balls that gradually intensifies as it spreads up my stomach and down my thighs. Plus I'm pretty tall, so if I'm sitting in a short chair it takes a constant effort not to spread my legs at least a little. Hell, if I'm sitting alone I'll manspread as wide as I can get 'em.

I don't often use public transportation, though.
