Should be roughly equivalent to a overclocked 1060.
A 1070 is a big step up with twice the performance of the RX 580 in some instances, if not more. No way can Scorpio reach such hights, it's GPU is only mid-range.
Plus the 1070's overclock like a champ.

Twice the performance if not more? The review is not from a stock design RX 580 because TPU didn't do one, but there is a RX 480 there, so the difference isn't that much, if any at all.

You can even throw in the ~15% effective overclock performance increase to the 1070, it won't change the picture at all. Maybe if it was something like a RX 580 on a PC otherwise built in 2011 and bottlenecked by RAM speed and CPU overhead, who knows?

Nice cherry picking of benchmarks. But it doesn't tell the entire story.
And if you can. Stick to Anandtech.

Don't forget to add another 15-20% thanks to OC models to that 1070 as it's only a Founders Edition.

Also. I have a Radeon RX 580. I have intimate knowledge of how shit it is. I can prove it. Want me to?

Also a PC in 2011 can have more Ram bandwidth than a PC today.
