Nailed it. Probably why I have drifted away from PlayStation consoles being my main console the last couple generations. I have grown tired of the cinematic narrative games. I'd love to see what a studio as talented as Naughty Dog could do making a dedicated MP title or a straight action game. I see stuff like Detroit and now Days Gone based on the E3 video and I just could not be less interested.

I understand that you prefer those kind of games while I prefer Sony approach but the reality is that ps4 and xb1 are already very similar by sharing 90% of the library, why ask the same kind of games on both platform? Let them have some differentiation between them.

Because everything must be of my taste. All games must be made with me as main and perhaps sole customer.
