It does seem likely Samsung will manage to release pseudo 7 nm mobile chips on 2018, and it would make sense for bigger chips from AMD to come on the same node by 2019, but wasn't GloFo developing their own pseudo 7 nm stuff, based off IBM's design, or something like that?
