| radishhead said: https://creators.co/@domwatling/4299712 I've been seeing a lot of criticism around here lately surrounding Microsoft's new console, but I think it has a lot of potential in the way it seeks to combine the PC and console market and could appeal to a new audience previously uninterested in PC gaming. I hope you enjoy the article that you guys inspired! I look forward to debating the details of it with you in the comments. |
Did you write that? Pretty good. Don't have the time or energy to really get into it today, but will address one thing. Article says: "There was critisism that Microsoft were stretching the definition of an "Exclusive" title when almost every game shown would also be playable on a PC." That's one thing, but how many of those titles will also be playable on the PS4 down the road? I was only half paying attention to their conference, but was well aware that the flim-flam artists from Xbox were doing their thing again at E3. Every time I recall that voice saying "exclusive", I want to punch somebody in the face. As for the amount of success the XBO-X will have? I'm gonna say PS4 Pro levels at best. And when I say PS4 Pro levels, I mean pound-for-pound, which is to say it won't sell as much as the PS4 Pro in total, but will account for a similar percentage of Xbox units sold along with it's base model.
