I'm deeply saddened by his death and wish his family the best but I'm sorry, if you go into North Korea and willingly defy their rules, you're at the mercy of their laws not ours. That was an insanely foolhardy thing for him to do. The walls have eyes there, it's best to just follow their rules. Yes, they're crazy people over there but still you broke their laws. They obviously don't want us over there, let them fester in their own cowardice and incompetence.
