Why is something that has been out of stock for a month still 27th to 39th

The Switch has simply so much appeal that it seems people are willing to pay the scalpers and their high prices(the lowest Switch prices on the scalper side is around 410-420 dollars)

It really goes to show that Nintendo really need to fix their production issues.

You mean the highest, right?  And usually it starts to drop when it gets that high.  The lower side is more like $370-$390.
