Phil Spencer - "Why do you care about 60fps?"

This Generation microsoft has been better at delivering 60 fps (forza, gears of war multiplayer, halo) but overall consoles are just known for better graphics and 30fps caps.

I don't agree its not important I lower settings in games to achieve 60fps on my computer if nessesary but I do understand what he is saying most people do not care about 30fps.

Ive seen little complaints about horizon zero dawn, forza horizon series, driveclub or other games with the cap and those games all sold well despite this cap.

Also sony took the same route with the ps4 pro and people seem to love the pro, so I would agree console gamers generally like graphics over framerate.
