Could I please ask why you added all thouse components to the asumed $250 the pro would cost by 2020? Are you saying that by then whaterer gpu chosen that will do 10-12tf will be $250 in 2020?
If not, you just added a bunch of components to a device that already has them. Then you would have to remove $250 from your asking price of $530-550 so it will be $280-300 without a gpu.
Edit: I also dont think they would go for anything as good as that cpu. It just needs to be 8 cores. Maybe something like the current low level ryzen 7 from today, revisioned and maybe cutback in some aspects. so it wont be $150.
