Not surprised, hardware is always going to generate the most buzz.
As for Bethesda, they're going to be up or down depending on the realistic chance of them showing a new Fallout or Elder Scrolls game.
Ubisoft is a big surprise for me. Very nice showing for a normally terrible conference. I guess their recent penchant for revealing new IP has paid off.
