I don't get the approval thing.  The ps4 and xb1 were both availble day one when the conference ended in 2013. Why is it different now?

What is required to be approved, and why wasn't that done before E3?

I think it was FCC approval they still needed right? either its takeing longer than they planned, or they didnt file it in time? Otherwise it probably would have been the same this time (ready for pre-order at e3).

 

Also holy hell Horizon Zero dawn has legs, and Crash bandicoot seems to be staying around the top10.
