http://www.pcgamer.com/bethesda-explains-the-f-in-doom-vfr/
Bethesda announced Doom VFR at its pre-E3 press as a VR shooter for the Vive and PlayStation VR, set for release later this year. But there was something obviously odd about the title. It's virtual reality Doom, so... what's the "F?"

http://www.pcgamer.com/dying-light-will-get-ten-more-pieces-of-free-dlc-this-year/
The zombie-survival game Dying Light was first released in early 2015, which means that in videogame terms it's getting pretty long in the tooth. But Techland isn't letting it go. The studio announced today that it will release ten more pieces of DLC for the game over the next 12 months, all of it free.

Rogue Trooper Redux, the modernization of Rebellion's 2006 third-person shooter based on the Rogue Trooper comic, was announced in March and then teased in May with a CGI trailer introducing the blue-skinned GI. Now it's time to lay eyeballs on some proper gameplay in a new trailer narrated by Rich May, a programmer on the original game.

Far Cry 5 is bringing back the wing suit
http://www.pcgamer.com/far-cry-5-is-bringing-back-the-wing-suit/
The Wingsuit was introduced to the Far Cry series in Far Cry 3, and carried over into Far Cry 4. It's kind of like a hang glider that you wear: You jump off a high surface, spread your arms and legs, and soar through the sky like a giant squirrel packing heat. It wasn't available in Far Cry Primal for obvious reasons, and it hasn't been seen in any Far Cry 5 coverage so far either. But executive producer Dan Hay let slip in an interview with RajmanGaming that it will indeed be back.

We saw a lot of games during E3—seriously, a lot of them—but one that went largely overlooked is the "2D cinematic combat-adventure" from 2 Ton Studios and Digital Uppercut called Unto the End. It's "a journey of loss and vengeance," as it's described on Steam, "told through unforgiving encounters, skillful combat, and stark moments of beauty."

In keeping with the latest trend of Blizzard staff being shuffled around to new – and sometimes unannounced – projects, World of Warcraft's lead PvP designer is leaving the game. That's according to an announcement by the man himself, Brian Holinka, writing on the battle.net forums.

Diablo 2 remaster hinted at in Blizzard job posting
http://www.pcgamer.com/diablo-2-remaster-hinted-at-in-blizzard-job-posting/
Back in March, Blizzard revealed Starcraft: Remastered—a modern reimagining of the 1998 classic military RTS, due at some point this summer. In light of this, facets of the Diablo community began speculating about a D2 remaster, which series mastermind David Brevik thereafter stressed may be a more complicated process than people think.
Nevertheless, a recent Blizzard job listing could suggest a Diablo 2 remake is on the cards.

Metro Exodus will draw from the Stalker series' open world design
http://www.pcgamer.com/metro-exodus-open-world-will-draw-from-stalker-series-design/
Announced at Microsoft's E3 show earlier this week, Metro Exodus marks the first of the post-apocalyptic shooter series to take place predominantly above ground. Billed as "more sandbox survival" as opposed to strictly open world, 4A Games' latest will also draw from GSC World's similarly themed Stalker series as far as world design is concerned.
