Yes... that is a third party title that's is not internally published. It's not first party but it is internally published no different than Alan wake and fears of war were last gen. No excuses for Sony on the paragon bit though.

So PSX 2015, 2016, and E3 2017 all closed with something other than first party developed games. Oh my god Sony must have zero faith in their first party omg!!1!
