How much will Monster Hunter World sell?

I wouldn't be too sure about that if the Japan-only release turns out to be true for XX. Monster Hunter X sold 2.8m in Japan and I would bet the port will sell a fair bit less then the original did on a much higher install-base.

1. Switch isn't region locked

2. I don't think you nderstand how huge MH is in Japan and how pathetic MH is in the rest of the world. Japan accounts for like 80+% of sales of each game.

3. And while on Japan, don't forget how huge handhelds are there. Consoles do shit there comparitively.
