I didn't think it required one. Thought you might have made the effort to go learn the differences.
The "resolution settings" in that Xbox video is the settings that influence the external resolution, which is what the scaler will work to upscale or downscale the game to.
Just because you set that at a specific resolution does not mean that the games internal rendered resolution actually changes.
