Umm, I don't think that's how the classification works, but I'm not sure what counts as a mass shooting. I know that a mass murderer kills at least 4 people, so I don't know if mass shooting equals 4 people shot or not.

All I was saying is, he knows more than me about the subject and I was just bringing him up as a point.
