Uh, that content just matches what PlayStation users already had with PS themed cosmetics and the Sweet Tooth car IIRC. That's not marketing or, for all we know, deal related. As your link says, each platform has exclusive cosmetic and car DLC.

Your Division example misses the point as well as that's expansion content. Papa Phil is referring to base game content walled off for certain platforms. Destiny 2 has exclusive content removed from the base game for Xbone and PC users. Division doesn't do that.

The only example I can think of is that Ultimate Team Legends shit in FIFA, but who knows when that deal was made. MS had FIFA rights even during the downfall of the Matrick regime.

i don't care about time exclusive releases or DLC. But what Destiny does is the shadiest shit ever and I'm glad The Xboss won't be subjecting gamers to that filth :)
