If it's on a Microsoft console AND the PC, it's an exclusive.

Considering Steam is running on Windows 99.5% for most PC gamers, yeah its pretty much Microsoft exclusive for all intents and purposes.

I just see Windows as Microsoft's open platform, and Steam is a direct benificiary of its install base. The Linux/Steam OS  and Apple premise for PC gaming is a dead one.

I can play Nier Automata on my Windows PC. Not on Linux or Mac....or even SteamOS.
