Newsflash: not every PS4 game needs the full resources of the hardware. There are a lot of PS4 games that can also run on Switch or even Vita with no other downgrades than the resolution.

News flash  are talking about high quality games. You know the games that people actually want that sells the console? No one buys PS4 to play a Vita level game.
