PS4 Pro Holding back Xbox One X???

The promise of 4k is holding back the xonex.
Imagine if they could use the extra power for more graphics instead of 4k?
Well, I know they couldn't, because the games must run on regular xone(the true hold backer), but I really would like to know where this hardware could go...
