Yep. XOX cpu is only 8% faster than Pro's CPU (because actually Pro cpu is clocked at 2.13ghz, not the rounded 2.1ghz number).

It's actually less than PS4 and XB1 CPUs difference, XB1 CPU is around 9.5% faster than PS4 CPU.
