The only fans I use in any of my systems is Noctua. I don't settle for anything less.
They are expensive though. But should outlive your rig.

Not all IPS panels are created equal. I have seen some good TN panels look superior to some cheap shit IPS.
High quality VA panels can beat IPS on black levels too.
Personally eying off the Asus PB328Q. 32", 1440P, VA panel, 10-bit display with a 12-bit LUT and a 75hz refresh rate for only $800 AUD.
My Dell u2711 is showing it's age. And I want something bigger than only 27".
