Phil spencer is great he has done some great things from a consumer perspective and shifted the console back to games the hardware (One S // X) also looks a lot better.
The big Xbox problem right now is first party if he would adress that they would actually be doing an amazing job but it doesn't look like that problem is going away anytime soon.
