I'd rather get a Ryzen 5 1600 and use the money for a 1070 than get an i7 with a 1060 cause a 1070 can achieve 4k where as a 1060 cannot. Now lets not get confused, when people say you need a 1070/1080 to achieve 4k on a pc, what people mean is on ultra settings... If you are fine with say medium-low settings, then yea, a 1060 can certainly achieve 4k but really though. It's getting to get a Ryzen 5 1600 + 1070 than i7 + 1060 for gaming.

If you don't mind setting the sliders to the left here and there, sure, no problem whatsoever.

Im seriously starting to consider upping the budget and getting a 1080ti guys, especially if it lasts a good time (3 years) running games that well. Can it tho?

Also, how much SSD would you guys recommend me?

With that budget, I'd say 500. I know people say 256gb/128gb is enough for OS but imo, 500 or more cause you will put stuff on that ssd and it will fill up quickly. Get the Samsung 850 Evo 500gb ssd.
