Recommend Me A Good Configuration

I'd rather get a Ryzen 5 1600 and use the money for a 1070 than get an i7 with a 1060 cause a 1070 can achieve 4k where as a 1060 cannot. Now lets not get confused, when people say you need a 1070/1080 to achieve 4k on a pc, what people mean is on ultra settings... If you are fine with say medium-low settings, then yea, a 1060 can certainly achieve 4k but really though. It's getting to get a Ryzen 5 1600 + 1070 than i7 + 1060 for gaming.
