What do you rather have: Scorpio in 2017 or real Xbox 2 in 2018

What's the difference between the two? I can't vote if I don't know what clockspeed and how many cores the processors will be. Also can't vote if I dont' know how fast the GPU's are, or what kind of memory they have.

 

Also, there won't be a 4th generation Xbox. MS is slowly exiting the market.
