There's another issue:
Would you really buy the VC megaman releases? You could spend 500 or 800 points each to get any of the NES or SNES titles OR you could find a Mega Man Anniversary Collection or the Mega Man X collection for the Gamcube that can be played on the Wii anyway. Both collections are around $20, Megaman Anniversary collection has 10 NES titles for $20, whereas the VC would run you $50 (500 points for 10 games). The SNES titles would cost even more. Then what about a game like Super Mario World which was also added to Super Mario Allstars. You could spend the 2300 points for Super Mario Bros. 1, 2, and 3 and Super Mario World OR wait until the release of Mario Allstars and get all 4 games PLUS the lost levels for the 800 point SNES price.
Again, I like the VC, I just think the price for the games are a bit much, especially when you can get stuck in these collection loops.
