It feels like a bit of a loss for almost everyone in one respect or another. The conservatives won, yet lost. Labour lost, yet won. The Lib Dems made gains, but their vote share hasn't recovered at all from 2015. SNP are the largest party in Scotland, but made big losses (especially to the Conservatives).

Conservative voters are now left with a minority government that will have to make concessions to the DUP to make up the difference, and Labour voters managed to make gains but likley not enough to cause many significant shifts in policy.

If this were any other time, i'd think another election within a year would be almost guaranteed. With us about to start negotiating with the EU though, i feel like anything could happen.
