A few years ago I forgot to take my subscription ticket for public transport. Which means I had a valid ticket, I just didn't have it on me. Too bad this happened the second time within a 12 month time span so I was fined 50€. Bunch of assholes
Meanwhile smoking is prohibited on all platforms and no smoker ever has gotten a single fine or even a warning.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
