So now power is not important? haha the hypocrisy is over 9000 hahahahahah

Power, price and games were always the points, not power alone.
PS3 had power beyond the 360, but didn't have price and took a while to get the games, and until then it underperformed a lot and left MS eat a lot of Sony's marketshare.
PlayStation was always about games, always, PS1 and PS2 were weaker than competition and thrived on games, exactly like PS3 did to climb back.

PS4 just had it all, thus why it was a non brainer since the moment it was announced.

Wish we could thumbs up comments.

People keep focusing on one thing or another (games vs graphics vs price). The best selling system tends to have the best balance of all these things. In this generation, PS4 was far and away better than the competition on all three fronts.

So yeah, people were touting the graphics on message forums. But the real reason the Playstation brand has continued to succeed is because it tries to deliver on all fronts.

Still, I am interested to see the power gap this new XBox will bring to the console market.
