Interesting. Are those the US launches. Perhaps the Europe launch dates were different.
As USA is still the biggest market for the Xbox brand, they should opt for november i agree, in terms of Black Friday and Thanksgiving. Although November seems to be quite crampacked with AAA-games to buy. Perhaps still better in october, a little more quiet month
