I didn't go further in the posting history because PS4 Neo and Xbox Scorpio have to be buried somewhere in the middle (rumors popped up in spring 2016). I remember him saying that Neo and Scorpio wouldn't happen because it isn't something that third party developers want, so he was strongly insisting that all the rumors had to be false. That isn't the same as claiming that such mid-gen upgrades would be impossible on a technical level. |
ok, maybe he didnt say they couldn't happen but he certainly said they wouldn't happen.
