Doubt it since Ryzen will have APUs which also have a significant increase in performance so no real reason to get a real GPU/CPU since APUs are usually cheaper.

I can see 1070 level performance pretty easily though cause by the time the ps5 comes out, Volta will be out with a significant performance increase over the ~1070 level graphics. Doubt 2019 Though
