I agree. I also want to add, however, that just becaause a new Playstation and Xbox get released, that does not automatically spell the end for the previous generation systems. Sony continued selling PS2 well into PS3s life, and PS3 has just gone out of production despite PS4 having been on the market since late 2013. I can see a PS5 and a PS4 variant co-existing for a good while.
