Just out of interest where to you come from ? Because I know for a fact that British army policy is strictly no collateral unless completely avoidable. Like the British army is super strict on civilian casualties.

Ireland. Our population would be easily 20m+ instead of 5m today if your army never stuck your noses into this country.  You didn't quite murder 15m but the population growth from all those who died by genocide, famine or left in emigration would easily result in a population like that today.

It's a pity your army's rules don't always hold up.  Bloody Sunday massacre in Derry comes to mind.  Soldiers still haven't been prosecuted for the murders.

Well I totally understand that view from the long ago past. Again while bloody sunday is much more recent, we have moved on from the days of opening fire on civilians. Also I believe a Murder enquiry was launched into bloody sunday. It's the rare instances like that, that really tar the British Army.

Maybe if the Danes never invaded England,  maybe if Germany didn't blitz London etc etc but it happend and I  certainly don't hold grudges against the current population of those countries who have nothing to do with those actions.
