Nah don't think so, I mean imagine the amount of terrorist attacks that occurred against the Wehrmacht and Nazi political party during the 40's. Then the IRA against the British. Let alone the amount off trouble the middle east has endured and Africa. Also imagine like a thousand years ago when Danish and Norse people would land, burn entire towns, kill and rape hundreds then sail away with all the young people. That's sounds like terrorism to me,
