It cant be ONLY that.It is being announced in Nintendo owns twitter channel.It will have an announcement of a game that will release on either 3DS or Switch, or even both

You're right.  It's probably also about the other new Pokemon game app and possibly some other unannounced Pokemon app.

I hope it's a new legit Pokemon game for Switch but I'm not going to get my hopes up just yet.
